Cheri CowellCheri Cowell, an accomplished speaker and author with more than 250 articles in such magazines as Marriage Partnership and the Lookout, draws upon nearly 22 years in both professional and lay Christian ministry and her current studies at Asbury Theological Seminary to address the unspoken questions of faith. Her book, Direction: Discernment for the Decisions of Your Life (Beacon Hill, Nov. 2007), is being hailed as “a biblically sound, no-nonsense approach to making God-centered life choices.” In her second book, Making the Story Real, Cheri weaves a fictional story with non-fiction applicational principles to bring a fresh vision to how and what the church might become if it is willing to learn a new faith-language—the language of Story.
